Wonderful app and the support is fast and efficient, just what a business selling to both wholesale and retail customers needs. Easy to use and sync with the Dawn theme. We use it in conjunction with Sami Lock, and it allowed us to build the store exactly as we had planned, despite the limitations of the basic Shopify plan

Best app for wholesale and best customer support

This app has solved a major issue with Shopify allowing wholesale pricing at a fixed level. Our store runs many sales in which we mark down the price, which has always conflicted with a discount based wholesale program. Instead now wholesalers have a displayed price shown from product page to checkout, regardless of the sales discount. We had some issues at first, but the team helped us get the app working in 1 day. I highly recommend this app if you have similar issues navigating Shopify's pricing structure.

What a simple and wonderful app! Finally, we can offer wholesale pricing without the need for our B2B clients to enter a discount code. The support and Dev Team (Thanks David and Haley) at Samita have been incredibly helpful and responsive getting Sami Warehouse up and running. Any issues encountered were resolved quickly, in some cases while we were still in live chat with support. Once setup, Sami Wholesale delivers well-integrated core functionality to offer trade customers special pricing and a quick order form. We especially appreciate the flexibiilty of having custom CSS built into the order form settings, which will allow us to optimise the UI going forward.

Fast and responsive customer service!

For a free app, this has been great for having a wholesale platform directly on our website!! Plus they have excellent customer service! Cons: Occasionally glitchy, where the wholesale prices will not calculate correctly at checkout. You are not able to use wholesale pricing and quantity discounts simultaneously. It would be nice if instead of the retail price just being crossed off, they were displayed as the MSRP, as the current configuration may be confusing to some retailers.
