I use this app to effectively communicate to my clients and gauge their interest on new product releases. I used this app and it is simple to configure and works great. Most importantly, it can carry the product info in the request quote form, then I know which product the user was requesting for quote.

I just installed the app, but couldn't get it to work on the theme that I was trialling. Daniel helped straight away by installing it on our current theme for me to check. First class support.

Really great support with this one. I installed the app to try it out. I did the initial setup on my own but couldn't quite figure out how to get it to look right and be placed the right place on our product page. So I wrote a quick message in the apps chat function, and they were on it right away. Took about 5 minutes total and we had it setup the exact way I had visualized it.
