I needed some help setting up the Ryviu app on my site and also making some formatting changes. Selina was very helpful and resolved every issue

App is super useful for a very reasonable price. I had a minor issue with the star rating showing up on my collections, so I emailed customer service, and they surprisingly fixed the issue within 10 minutes of me sending the email. Very impressive!

The application is good, it remains simple to configure overall, a small downside for me: it is not in French and I lost time translating and understanding certain steps or settings. The only setup I couldn't do, the support did it very quickly in the morning. The support team is friendly, quick and efficient. So this app is good for managing your customer reviews.
