I used this app as a free alternative to all the paid review apps. I am surprisingly amazed by the knowledge and responses of their support despite the fact that this is a free app. It is a very well done app and they will provide you with assistance with installation or other code if/when needed.

I love this app. This app has great features I need and tech support helped me to align this app for my website theme. Highly recommended for your website!!!!!!

this app is not free as mention. Oh, they make a trick, say it is free but write in documentation it is charged automatically by shopify. this means they stool our money from our credit card, and may be shopify knew this trick.they wrote exactly in documentation "Simply head over to your Shopify admin and in the Apps section find the app and remove it from there. After you've done that the app is uninstalled and you will no longer be billed for it. Just a heads up Shopify does partial billing so you may still see a charge for the app on your next bill for the amount used this month."

Great app, even better developers! We use the Minimal Theme, and like it for it's simplicity. I added Tabs to my products, and put the review code in there, but it was creating a lot of white space. I sent a ticket to the developers, gave them permissions to only edit the theme, and bammo, a couple of hours later, they have it looking awesome! Woot Woot! Thanks! paintedheirloom.com

I was frustrated with other review apps just not working and how loooong it took to get support help. Support has been very helpful and responsive. Love the customization and the Review page! Only thing I wish they had automated PIE but you can manually send out but hey it's free so...

I used this app so i can get reviews for the product i sell in my website. Since i am not a html expert i reached out to Rivyo’s support team. Just a few minutes after submitting my request for help, i got my answers immediately. Thanks to the company’s excellent customer service, i was able to get what i want done in my website. I clearly selected that date not be shown. Unfortunately it shows the date for all reviews. I've double checked everything to make sure I did this correctly. Why is it still showing the date? Had to delete all reviews. UPDATE: changed to 3 stars because I love the concept of this app. Just tell me what I'm doing wrong and BAMM!! 5 stars!

I used this because I needed photo integrated reviews on my store. They have 24 hour support, which makes it for a seamless experience. The team was very helpful to guide me through the integration as well as any backend problem. Highly Recommended App.

App looks very great! Had my first review few days ago and so far so good! Can't wait to get more so I have enough to add a full review page

The app is easy to use. I initially encountered a small technical issue and sent an email to their helpdesk. They were quick to respond and resolved my issue quickly. My only recommendation is that when the customer clicks on the write review email, their product purchase page shows up and I have to tell the customer to scroll all the way down and click on "write review" link again in the product page in order to write their review. It would be great if the site automatically takes them to the write the review portion.
