The customer service team is really excellent, they will reply you very quickly if you have any problem, Besides, the pricing plan is quite affordable. I will continue using this app and will recommend to others.

it let me add reviews for 3 products and then just stopped working, now I cannot import anything. I click submit review after filling in all the details and its just processes forever. Contacted support and got no help whatsoever

I have been looking for a reviews app that is easy to configure and I'm glad I found Rivyo Product Review. Installation for the reviews section is very easy with just a click of a button. However, we had trouble adding the stars rating on the shop/collections page as the theme we are using is not listed in the instructions that come with the app. But support was super amazing! Requested them to add the code on our website on a weekend, and in less than 24 hours, they have installed the code! Couldn't have asked for a better app (and support) for product reviews!

I think this app is very good, you can add reviews and questions, add account installation, thank you for your free use. After I updated the new template, the technical support was still perfectly solve the problem. Great! ----- Upgraded the plan and effectively solved the problem of aliexpress review. Love it!!

This app is really user friendly and really easy to customise. The customer service is amazing and were able to answer all my questions and help me adjust how I wanted the reviews to look like.

I love this app! It's customisable with multiple templates, and easy to review each individual review. You can even reply to them which looks great :) I contacted customer service and got a reply within 30 seconds and a solve within 8 minutes. Outstanding and above expectations!

Customer service is great help. But this is only for product reviews not include site review yet. And the views collect by this app can not use by google shopping as well as searching ads. Hope you guys can improve it soon. Since site review and google review rating are really important.

The app works great and the customer service is amazing. Any question that I had was answered really fast. The developers helped me out with customizing the app, which I was not able to do by myself. Definitely recommended!

Can't edit reviews, can't upload photos. After contacting the support, the edit review button got removed. Don't waste your time on this app.
