App was actually pretty good but the support has been horrible. I've been trying to get it uninstalled for more than a week. They would only tell me that the documentation was held within the app and refused to send me instructions. I had to reinstall the app to be able to get it uninstalled from my system. After several no replies and closing my ticket they've finally replied again, once again sending the same information that the documentation is held within the app. Seriously?

Great customer support. Super fast response and assistance in installation of the app. I wish there was more customization to the email template available tho. Like overall look of the template. Hopefully it'll be available at the next update. Thanks for your help :)

This app is very easy and has great features to use! Very helpful support and highly recommend to people who need review app for their Shopify store.

Other review apps do not come close to the look, usability and support of Rivyo. There was no code conflict with any of my other apps, including the page builder (GemPages). They personally helped me implement and fix a bug one particular app called 'Infinite Scrolling' were the star badges would not display and very quickly they were able to fix this problem for all users. Rivyo works perfectly in all ways. But I noticed one very important feature missing.. The app is lacking a 'delete all reviews' feature, so I requested them to add this feature. I am still waiting for this feature to be added. Currently you can only manually delete all reviews on current page which is about 30 reviews. So if you have 5,000 reviews it will take forever to delete them all by hand. Looking forward to the next update with this much needed feature. Thanks for such an awesome app and friendly support! --WILL UPDATE TO 5 STARS WHEN THIS FEATURE IS ADDED--

This app is a lot way better than any other else with its price 5.99/month. Don't wanna pay? Just get a free plan which has all of the features as paid one except having a watermark in the corner of the review section. Plus, I guarantee that their outstanding customer service will never let you fail or get disappointed from any problems you have. I recently contacted the Rivyo App Support team for some errors that I got to my page after changing a new theme. Dev from Rivyo Support Team cleared my mess right away within 5 minutes. FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC. I know that sounds fantastic, but it is. All I want is a simple review form that looks good. Some were too expensive for what I wanted, some didn't have anything like I wanted. Rivyo did. AND because I'm a perfectionist, I wanted some simple tweaks that I couldn't do with the settings. Guess what? They did them for me!!! As I say, FANTASTIC. I'll happy to pay for this app and you will be too.

Developer install was seamless and it looks great. Would recommend this app for reviews on your shopify.

App was working since I've imported almost 100 reviews from my other store manually and after that the reviews disappeared. I've contacted to support team they responded my email after 1 day and told me they have forwarded my email to their team and now it's been 2 days. I cannot wait 3 days for an app has big problem like this. If I cannot use the why should I pay for it? They shouldn't leave the app after they develop it. Really bad support team.

Not sure why all the reviews are soo good. I installed and sent an email to support 8 hours ago. All my reviews have disappeared and and customer support is MIA. Very disappointed with this app and the support...
