This app is rather good. But I recommend you update some fuctions: - The hours are always "AM", even that my customers reviewed in "PM" hours. - Sometime my customers vote "5 stars" but the app made "3 stars" (!) (I must to contact my customers to confirm "5 stars"). - If any, you should make easy for function "edit/update reviews". At the present, I can not search directly reviews to edit/update them, I must to go to specific products and update them. Anyway, this app can match almost my demands. Thank you.

A very affordable solution for the reviews with photographs. It's easy to use and if you stuck anywhere please use the chat option. The help desk guys are awesome.

This doesn't work. I could upload only two review and those two reviews look so fake with bad english translation. I couldnt see the reviews uploaded on my website so asked help to Rivyo assistant. they asked for permission to access my store features. I allowed it. They made the review showed up but nothing works. It can not upload new reviews.They deleted my duplicate code. I didnt authorize that ever. What is wrong with them
