Well I'm using for now the free version, even though the customer service is very helpful. They helped me to set everything super fast and really, great app - great service - and I sure will upgrade for the premium plan.

The customer support at Rivyo is phenomenal! The support team has solved all of our issues from importing reviews to making cosmetic adjustments on our live theme and the wait time is virtually none. Customer support is just amazing. Jigs G installed the widget in a CUSTOM place for a CUSTOM theme downloaded from a Envato Elements website, so completely random. Installed in literally 10 minutes. So kind and responsive! This app is all and super cheap.

The app is awesome. The main thing was image review that easily attracts customers for purchase. Best support team I ever experience with. They easy solve any problem.

It's easy to use and navigate. They can easily fix prob thru chat. Would be best if there's an option for customers to leave reviews from social media platforms like facebook. All in all, it's still the best review app that I used so far.

I am new on Shopify. But recommended to install this app. They are fast response and assist to settle your problem. Just to tell them your issue, they will immediately settle. I like their service. The app also easy to use, you dont worry that you dont know. The service team will assist.

The support is really great and fast. You have much possibilities to use this app. You can add reviews in the product section, homepage and you can choose how it appears on your website. Really good.

We needed the ability for customers to easily add their product reviews on our new site Puzzle Peak (https://www.PuzzlePeak.com). Awesome app! Just installed it. Already have received customer reviews from verified customers. Very easy to setup and configure. Great functionality to customize fonts, colors, and features. I chose the $5.99 a month plan because I want the system to automatically send out emails after a purchase. You can choose how many days you want to wait to automatically send an email to a customer to review a product after their order has been fulfilled. While it will only send automatic emails for orders placed after the app has been installed, you do have the option to manually send an email by entering an email and selecting the specific product. This can be a little time consuming if you have two months of orders you want reviews for. But again, within one day, we have already received numerous product reviews. As a small business, any time you can find a quality app for free or for a low monthly price, it deserves a big thank you. So, THANK YOU!

I had 1960 reviews from loox and supersds but no matter what even with support help it just imported 660

I was looking for an app to add reviews from Amazon to my Shopify store and Rivyo came highly recommended. After installing I ran in to some problem getting it to show up in my EcomSolid theme. I contacted Rivyo support and they solved all my "issues" directly. Super happy about the response and how they sorted out my snags. Now I can import reviews from both Amazon and AliExpress to my store.
