Thimatic has done a lot of effort to make this app perfect ! I am using automatic email review feedback and with my plan, I made Coupon templates sent to clients once review is submitted, Clients like now to write reviews and get discounts which is fully customizable. I have a big raise in reviews. I also like group products review, as I have the same product in bundle package of 3. So the reviews are cumulated. Thanks to support, which is very reactive and give proper answers. The App is constantly getting new functionalities !

This app is very very smart , you should try a single time before you another app to install . customer executive are very intelligent. N:B feedback email only for 50 in a month it is very limited , it could be 100 at least.

The best review app, i've come across on Shopify. I've been using them for almost close to a year. They let you import all your reviews from Amazon. They let you send customers reminders about reviews. Its also way too affordable. The support team is a sweet heart - They sort everything ASAP in like minutes.
