I was looking for a review app and this was the best option of all the ones available. After having some trouble installing it, I contacted the support and they helped me installing the app in less than 10 minutes. Very usefull app to give the store some credibility and also very good support from the Rivyo team!

This is by far my favorite review app. I have been using it for over a year. My Etsy reviews were easily imported and actually live under the products (not only on a page like some other "big name" apps. All this was easy to achieve. Customer service is fast, professional, and top-notch. Another feature that is better than the "big guys", this app does not bog your site down with useless code. Really nice application. I've done huge research before installing it. It has an excellent flexible design and functionality. For me was important to have SEO Google Rich snippets and Import reviews to Google Shopping. The customer service is also good, but be ready to contact them to add this app correctly, but it's not a big deal, they respond quickly. I would recommend Rivyo.

Thimatic has done a lot of effort to make this app perfect ! I am using automatic email review feedback and with my plan, I made Coupon templates sent to clients once review is submitted, Clients like now to write reviews and get discounts which is fully customizable. I have a big raise in reviews. I also like group products review, as I have the same product in bundle package of 3. So the reviews are cumulated. Thanks to support, which is very reactive and give proper answers. The App is constantly getting new functionalities !
