Mica was super helpful and patient + responded really quickly, I was debating between Rivo and a couple of other loyalty apps but the elite customer service helped me make a decision to stick with Rivo!

Fabulous! Yaci was so sweet and very helpful, even giving me help with Shopify items as well. I can't recommend RIVO enough!

Pete was great to work with! He help me out with not only the app but also with some tips on my Shopify page! He goes above and beyond and you can tell he is passionate about his job which helps me to do what I am passionate about.

Fantastic suite of Shopify apps. Lots of features - even on the free plans. We've had nothing but great experiences working with Abby, Jel and James. They're always ready and willing to help. They're quick to respond. And they're super nice. An obviously amazing company culture.

I had some doubts about the app and Yaci was awesome. She gave me a guide right away that explained everything I needed and if that alone wasn't enough, she is the nicest person ever. An awesome customer experience.

So far I am loving Rivo! The step by step instructions are so easy and clean to work through to get set up! Customer support is friendly and answers your chat in a timely manor. Arianne was positive, beyond helpful and even complimented us on our website and branding. Knowing they have a customer support team who cares about their customers, even if you on the free plan, is super important to a business who also highly values authentic customer support!

Great app so far, not all functions used yet but I'm confident that all needed functions are available. As promised, the service is great, very quick and helpful.
