It works ok, but you can't export your data of, say, "active subscribers". It also wont notify the merchant upon subscription cancelation. They say to look and cancel the memberships by hand after they payments stop. Not very scaleable and need to switch to another sub app (and reset up our current subs, I would pass on this one...)

I was having issues integrating the widget but their customer support was beyond superb and someone helped me within 10 minutes to get it all running! Recommending this app 100%- It does the job but even more satisfied with your customer support team! Thank you!

I tried to install this app, then decided to go with another one. But after I uninstalled this app, it left a bunch of JUNK CODE at the bottom of my web pages and this code is displayed below the footer in all my pages!!!! PLEASE do not use this app. UPDATE 1: There were 5 files left behind by this app even after it was uninstalled. I was able to comment out the code in all these files and temporarily fixed the issue. BUT, a more permanent solution is required. UPDATE 2: I upgraded the review to 2 stars because the customer rep contacted me right away and sent a link with details on which files need to be deleted from the theme.

My website is based on local delivery and pickup only. The app is actually way more powerful than I thought. If customer adds both a normal product and subscription product it only charges delivery once. Well done ! Team was super helpful and helped me find a workaround the add a local shipping rate for the shopify subscription to work. Thanks again!

Just installed the app. Had some issues with it working with our Theme. Support was AWESOME - Alexander stepped right up and had it working in minutes.

This app is straight forward and does what it says. Most importantly, their support team is 10/10! They are incredibly helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend this app to anyone starting off with their first subscription service.

Leaves a bunch of code when removing the app. When asking the developers they claim it's not theirs, however even the sheet names have their company name on it. Crazy!

Support is amazing, for some reason the app was not working and they fixed for me in less the 5 minutes.

I would love to offer the option for a client to choose to have either a subscription or a recurring order. I would like the possibility of at least being able to change quantities of the products in the subscription, and ideally adding products to a subscription. This is less work for the client and ensure all the subscribed products get send at once together.

Perfect and works really well. Suggestion to add more Indian Payment gateways as well to autocharge for recurring purchases

This app did not provide me with what I needed. The customer service was horrible. She talked to me like I was an idiot and didn’t even help with the actual issue…. I tried my best to work with the app but I ended up deleting it after the trial. I didn’t have any subscribers yet, so I didn’t use it because I couldn’t get it set up correctly. I asked them would I be charged and they said no, I wouldn’t, because they caught it in time….Well….GUESS WHAT I GOT THIS MORNING!!!! A charge from them! HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!!!

I have tried many different subscriptions apps but this one is very nice! Easy to set up and the support was very good and fast. Hopefully they bring a feature in the future that allows you to set a minimum amount of subscription months.

Very easy to set up and does what I want. Would be nice to offer free shipping an as option but not essential.

Support is awesome; I can always count on the team to help me with a few kinks, especially when working with other apps. This app itself is great, too. The ONLY app we can find for recurring invoices as we don't want to auto-charge customers. Keep going! Thanks so much!
