I absolutely love this app. Integrate seamlessly with your Shopify online store, easier to set up then recharge subscriptions, and the customer service, in my experience, has been better. The RecurrinGO team has done a great job! Only if integrated with Klaviyo!

J'ai eu un problème avec mon membership parce que j'ai changé de thème, et ils ont réglé ça un dimanche soir, dans le temps de le dire... This app caused absolute chaos in our store. I will never touch an app from this irresponsible, incompetent developer again. We are a substantial store with over 30K customers. This developer kept making erratic changes to the app's work flow that created utter chaos on our end. The app suddenly dropped the unsubscribe-link in app-generated emails. This caused lots of inbound customer service requests and forced us to unsubscribe customers manually, which is time consuming. So we decided to uninstall the rogue app, but that created even more chaos. Turns out the app keeps sending email invoices to customers even after it's deleted from the store. It gets worse. During the uninstall, the app sent out thousands of unwanted emails to our customers. This is next level incompetence by the developer SpurIT. They should be kicked off the Shopify platform for reckless, irresponsible behavior.

It has done what it said it will do. Great app. It's just not what I'm looking for as my needs are very specific (subscription option visible only to a few login customers and not all). However, I'll recommend this app to regular retail and online stores.

This app is super flexible, very easy to set up and the support team is awesome. Highly recommended.

I had issues with the way this app was working. Contacted tech support and they helped me fix them. They were timely in their responses and I am satisfied with their support. This is a very simple subscription app. Easy to set up. If you don't want a lot of bells and whistles, this is the way to go

I have been using this app for several years now. I am a complete novice when it comes to anything technical so I was amazed at how easy it was to set up. Recently, when I needed to update my subscription terms I approached the support team for help. Everyone on the team has amazing communication skills. They walked me through every step, patiently and professionally. I have hundreds of subscribers thanks to this app. My customers are happy and so am I. I recommend this to anyone who wants to grow a list.

Setting up a recurring subscription was very easy. I would certainly recommend this app for anyone with little to no computer skills. Support staff are very helpful if you have any questions. It's great that it's free too!
