We had some issues in the beginning but we figured out gradually. The customer support is great. Yash and his team always give us priority support and we are able to save 80% of the time we wasted doing returns manually. The team’s ability to provide customization is great. Aplikacja jest pełna błędów, regularnie się zawiesza.Integracja z InPost wymaga najwyższego abonamentu... Obniżenie abonamentu spowodowało wyłącznie automatycznej akceptacji zwrotów i automatyczne tworzenie etykiet. Pomimo, że ta funkcjonalność jest w planie Growth. Dowiedzieliśmy się o tym dopiero po zmianie planu – bez jakiegokolwiek ostrzeżenia od twórców i niezgodnie z ich własną ofertą. W efekcie, musieliśmy akceptować zwroty ręcznie i samodzielnie tworzyć etykiety, co doprowadziło do zaległości i negatywnych opinii od mniej cierpliwych klientów.
