I tested multiple apps (Loop, Rich Returns, Happy Returns and PostCo 360) before settling on ReturnGO. Reasons why; - Best overall value with cost as a factor - Most flexible and easy to tailor to your unique business processes - Most options / connections to 3rd party carrier aggregators like Shippo, Shipstaion, Sendcloud etc - Very quick and easy setup - Support is instant and extremely helpful with onboarding offered! (Mike was great). - UI + UX is clean - No hidden upgrades or add-ons you have to pay for Feature rich Honestly, you can't go wrong with this, I've been trying to find the right solution for a couple of months now.

Firstly, customer service was helpful during the installment process. They clarified every point for us. Also, the UX is user-friendly. They helped us, especially on language conversion. Every steps are simplified. Merchants who use Money Order in their stores could use efficiently. IBAN check feature is trust point for merchants. Thanks for the great service again!

The customer service of this app is superb! When I got questions that were hard to solve by myself. The customer service staff Nikki sent me a Zoom meeting link and discussed my questions through an online call. She shared her computer screen, opened my portal on her computer, and then helped me finish the setting. With her help, I am able to launch my portal very quickly. A really good returns app. It has almost everything I need; it falls short only due to the nature of my products - I need to provide a 3 items to 1 item exchange, but ReturnGo can only do 1 to 1. The resolutions and policies etc to me seem to be a little more complex than they need to be and they have confused me at times, but help was always available when needed. Other than that, I am pleased with it and I've kept the app on my site until I decide whether to stick with it and do some manual exchanges when necessary or revert to all manual. I tried 5 -6 other return apps (in my budget) before trying ReturnGo and it was the best by far. Customer service has been very good - prompt, helpful and friendly.

Excellent app to process your returns! The team helped us to set up our complex returned rules and developed additional features upon our requests. We have tested multiple return apps after ReturnMagic sunset and found this one as the best option that exists in the Shopify app store. Highly recommend!

ReturnGo is amazing. I've been using them since shortly after they started the app and am super satisfied! They are constantly improving it and adding new features - the developers are super active in managing and improving the app. I love the experience it offers my customers and the ability to retain sales by offering instant exchanges and custom return policies depending on if the customer requests a return to a gift card or to their payment method. I am here for the long haul.

Anfangs gab es einige Schwierigkeiten mit der Integration in Sendcloud und im speziellen der automatischen Sendung der shipping-labels. Aber der Support war sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert und mittlerweile funktioniert alles super. Sehr übersichtlich, gutes Interface und leicht zu bedienen.

I'm using this app for a store, and from the testing phase the app was smooth as butter. Had some translations that were a bit off and needed to be double-checked, but other than that, the support was ON POINT. I mean, from my point of view, the 5 stars rating defines the app and also the support. I totally recommend this app. You'll be satisfied and your customers will be satisfied.

Can't recommend this app enough. Easy to set up as you can arrange a call after installing so they can talk you though the whole process. I had to use the chat for help a few times and they answered immediately and either did it for us or showed me how to do it. If all that wasn't enough to get you to download this app, we asked for an extra feature as we have 2 kinds of returns and they set the whole thing up for us outside of the normal plan we are on. And it only took a couple of days. Was having the type of day where nothing goes right and honestly, this kindness turned my week around. So get this app!

I just installed this app and only used it for a test return so far, but I'm giving 5 stars because in going through the process of setting the app up, the assistance provided by the live chat agent was excellent. Plus, there's so many options to offer customers. I look forward to the app working perfectly.
