Reviews for Reputon Customer Reviews App

I've been using the app for 24 hours so far, we received 1 email / review already where we can address the customer issue prior to be released to the public and we've received 2 public 5 star reviews. We started with no public reviews and we are building our web-based reviews from scratch. We are quite please so far.

Very useful app. I like how it allows you to correct any problems a customer may have. So effective. I love it.

just installed this app will see how it performs then will leave some feedback on the whole easy to install.

Being able to address the negative reviews has been very handy, got to keep the customers happy. Nice work Reputon.

Great add for my store. Installed it and got my first new review the very next day. Wish i had installed it sooner

It's a good, useful app, so try it out first and see if it's difficult to set up or not. If you don't need to go in, editing the code will be great.

It's not showing my reviews on my website after sending me an email that said I had 17 reviews to view.

seem to work during the 1st 24h batch ( about 8 review for 40 email) ... then, no review for all other email ( 70+ ). Not sure that it work for real... this ratio is impossible.

Simple to use and free until you reach a certain amount which is good for a start-up site. As an app I like it and how it functions.

Easy to setup, very early but we will be sure to comment how the app works and what the results are. update: we received a negative review and the app emailed me directly with the negative feedback, this allowed us to address the issue right away and find a solution for the customer. Definitely recommend as it is very easy and intuitive. Allows for positive interactions with customers

So far so good. We implemented the app this afternoon and have already seen 4-5 positive reviews! Very happy!!! But keeping things real - this is just a first day review. We'll have to do a follow up after 30-60 days to see how it performs over time.

Love this app! we immediately started receiving feedback from our customers which was useful to make sure we were improving our offering.

Reputon made it easy for me to create Review Emails for Facebook and Google (and other platforms I haven't integrated yet). I wish I could further customise around the timing of sending reviews and have a manual override per review, but apart from this do recommend this app.

Still using the free version and we have seen a jump in daily page views - about 30% more page views in 6 weeks. We are going to likely upgrade as the orders seem to also be jumping 30%. Was this app the reason why? Too early to tell, but we have had 7 (5) Star reviews and (1) 4 Star review. Google is likely rewarding us with better organic placement. Worth a shot if you are on the fence.

On the free plan which suits what we need right now. Working well and very happy. Would recommend.

The app does what it says. Very good to increase good reviews on Trust Pilot. I totally recommend it.

Too early to tell, but so far so good. Setup is definitely easy, so that deserves 5 stars for sure. I'll update if anything bad comes up

I like this app because it gives us the ability to automatically send review requests across different platforms. We specifically use it to get Facebook recommendations and google reviews from past clients. Definitely recommend!

So far it is great .Easy to set up and a reasonable price . We have had a response on the first day we set it up.

So far so good. a nice and easy app to get started with for collecting reviews. Great it has a free plan to support up-starts.
