It required some tweaking for the app to work exactly the way I needed (I do not want to give an extra discount but still wanted a message ins some locations). Some code needed to be added. Very easy app to integrate and serves its purpose, without adding to the cost. Excellent service. I'd much rather pay for the service than to incur a recurrent cost.

I have not had customers use the reorder function as of yet, but it works perfectly in my testing. I had trouble getting it to install so contacted support and they were very prompt in helping me out and getting it working. Great app and great support!

Excellent app and excellent support. I use the app in Germany and everything is customizable. The documentation is excellent. I needed some help with the implementation and I was very well helped by Hulkapps. Great and professional communication. Within a few hours all problems were solved. I can recommend the app and the company Huklkapps 100%.

The support team needed to help with the installation as there's some code work required. Took about 2 days, so not the quickest app support I've received, but everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. It's now live and with all the testing I've done, it seems to be working perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

I've just gotten the app up on my site and seems to work relatively well, though no one has placed a reorder yet. It can be a touch slow in loading, but nothing drastic. Support is extremely fast. The reason they got 4/5 stars is because, on a couple of occasions, if I asked for 3 things from support, one was missed, probably due to their speed. Overall, it seems simple and should work well for us. UPDATE (Reply to Developer): It's all good - it happened more than once, but I have a feeling it was just because they were moving so fast trying to get things taken care of that things were overlooked. No worries.

Everything performed really well. I'm most satisfied with their customer service. As a small business owner having piece of mind knowing that they provide that level of support and quick turnaround is incredibly reassuring.

Great app, does what you need it to do. Surprised that reordering isn't a standard option available in Shopify but the free one does the trick. Had a request for a slight change to the design and they were able to help me out promptly, very happy with the level of support provided.

This app is a solid add-on to your shopify shop. Adding a reorder button on the order history page will definitely boost conversions.

The app is brilliant! 90% of my customers reorder the same product and this app allows for them to reorder so easily and change the quantities. It has reduced my admin time BY SO MUCH and is so easy for customers now to reorder. The customer service is first class from this team. Ask them anything and they will make it happen!
