Refersion has worked seamlessly as our affiliate referral program. It has thorough demo to be able to set up yourself and the support from their team has been amazing. Andre has been communicative in making sure to answer all of our questions and have our account up and running. Our account was also properly extended once we got set up while we learned the app thanks to Andre! We are excited to have Refersion now.

App is intuitive and support is great. Mr. Andrew Yoon was very helpful with all my questions and got my shopify squared away.

The team at Refersion, especially Olivier, were very helpful with getting us integrated and setup correctly!

Awesome app and even better support. Andrew followed up on an email he sent with instructions on how to set something up in the app. Thanks Andrew! He didn't have to follow up, but he went above and beyond and did.

Got a lot of help from Refersion on install and integration with Shopify and PayPal particularly from Andrew who was really responsive to the configuration issues we had. The plug-in seems pretty easy to use so far. Hopefully the affiliate marketing works and I can see how efficient the calculations and payouts are.

I had an issue with the initial setup but Andrew helped me out right away and It's now smooth sailing.

Olivier from Refersion did a great job with walking us through the platform. We just signed up so do not have a ton of insight into Refersion yet, but so far the customer service has been great!

I am still at the early stages of trying this app, but the support I got from them so far is impressive, special thanks to Andre for his amazing work.

Best customer service and Andre helped me from start to finish and explained all the different options and setup. We are getting a lot of affiliate sign-ups and the process so far has been super smooth!

Onboarding was easy and smooth, Olivier helped me out. He was very communicative and replied to my questions in a timely manner. He also offered an additional meeting for getting familiar with the platform. One thing I would change is I did have 3 different reps email me about setting up the account. It also took a few days to receive the collaborator request and was sent to a different email than given (goes to your store's email not the one you sign in with) so that was a little clunky.

I think this is going to be a great tool for our site, just what we were looking for. Andre has been a huge help making sure everything is working properly for set up!

I will be using this app to pay affiliates. Have not had to utilize it yet but it seems to be a great app. Andre did a test order and everything is set up properly and working smoothly.

Refersion has the best support of almost ANY app I've used. And Andre over there is amazing! Probably the best affiliate app out there. Highly recommended!

I am really liking this app. After some awesome assistance from Olivier, I was able to confirm everything is working as expected. I am super excited to use this app to expand my user involvement.

I do not recommend this app. There is no delete/edit button for you if you’ve typed an error into a conversion/commission amount. If you make a mistake, You have to email Support for them to delete it for you. ‍♀️ Then to top it off, they don’t respond right away, you have to wait at least a week for the issue to be fixed. I don’t understand why they don’t just add an “edit” or “delete” button. Instead of having the affiliates wait for their payment while they take their sweet time to get to it. I NEVER ever complain or leave bad reviews! This is my first time writing one like this.. This means it has taken A LOT for me to get to this point. I will be finding a new app if they can’t get it together especially since this app isn’t cheap... I’m paying for their “best” package.

Anderson was very great with the set up. I have had these app for few days and I see increase already in sales while affiliates are also happy making money for themselves.

So far so good with Refersion! We're doing a change over from Affiliatly in order to obtain the multi-domain feature. It's been a pleasure coordinating with Lindsay and Nick is just awesome when it comes to any implementation requests!

Had to reinstall the app. There were some connectivity issues. But Nick once resolved, Nick got everything set up quickly!

I am coming to the end of the trial and I have been so happy with the helpfulness of the team! The programme is simple to set up and the support to complete this has been exemplary.
