Easy to use layout! User friendly

Does what it says on the tin. You have the option of sending 2 timed emails and can customise the email templates to how you want them. The interface is clean and you have full control about whether an email is sent or not - useful since the app pulls in very recent abandoned carts and schedules cart recovery emails for them. Had it installed on my working store for less than 24 hours and recovered a cart already. Worth the money, especially when combined with the Persistent Cart app.

Used this app for a little while now. And It's amazing, this is the first review I've written and this app deserved my time! It makes the abandoned cart process super easy, I don't need to send out abandoned cart emails out one by one anymore, and these cart emails look so much better than the default Shopify ones. I have pulled back quite a few orders already that I definitely wouldn't have gotten back without the App. Definitely worth a go!

This is the app EVERY SHOPIFY OWNER NEEDS! they recover your stuff and it works!!!! the emails do not go to spam, they go to the customer inbox! I'm glad I use them :)

It would be fine if this app would simply not work. But it does and it does it other than described - and this is a big problem. We installed it and had several hassles with it. Then it started to import our abandoned checkouts, but only some of them. The next day it imported more and more and also the ones, we already sent an E-Mail before or that were already recovered, some of them older than a month! On day three it imported all checkouts and bulk-emailed nearly all of them (I know this because we are on BCC). That making even worse is that it claims to have x EUR recovered and counts older recoveries from date before it was even installed. The features that are in this app’s description or the FAQ describe the features how it should work. But it really does not. Proven. I dropped an E-Mail to the developer with my concerns and he replied (after two days of his app going crazy) that everything works great and the bad reviews here are just competitors that want to make this app look bad. No they are not. I am a real shop owner. I do recommend all shop owners to double-check what this app is doing with their loyal customers.

Super application that brought me BIG benefits

This is an amazing App, I was able to design the email and schedule how I would like it to go out and it really works! This is an App you must have on your store!! This app is really bringing in the abandoned carts, works fabulous!

Beautiful Abandoned Cart Emails thats my feedback!

I've installed it a few days ago and have already recovered one abandoned cart. That basically pays for the app subscription for the next 6 months. Very easy to setup & implement.

Had my first abandoned cart convert to a sale, almost a week after the attempted purchase. Very impressed.

I was a little reluctant to use it initially.But when I saw quite a big number of missed sales after the potential buyers left at the checkout, I decided to give this app a try. It really worked. Now I have recovered more than enough sales to cover the monthly fee. Great app to add in my store.
