All of a sudden app stopped sending customers emails. It’s been 5 days and no emails sent. I am waiting for a response from support to fix this issue.

Over a month at customer service and still I haven't resolved my problem with the popup that doesn't work properly to my store. Conversation with Marsello Started on February 22, 2025 at 04:05 PM as per today March 29th. I used to love this app but I can't recommend it to anyone. Stay away guys and look other options if you have a serious business.

We are pleased with this app, we recovered ..... It has all you need to run a recover abondant carts function on your site.(Abandoned Cart Emails, Exit Intent Pop-up, Persistent Cart) If you install this app you should definitely use all these 3 channels, we did and each brought us $. I would recommend! Thanks Oren (OB)feshionniOBi BTW: We did not get any incentive for this review, we have this app installed for several years and I do not remember if we reviewed them in the past (was too busy), they deserve it so I did. : )

Not one function worked for me. Support promised to answer, but they only wrote "we will answer you". I will look for another app

The persistent cart function is missing and cannot be used. No one responded to the email to the customer service. Very bad experience. I hope I can reply to my question.

This app is great! Less than 2 months using it and I recovered over 4K in sales which more than 3K was just for using the "Exit Intent Pop-up". I would never imagine it would work that much having an Exit Intent Pop-up on my store but: it works! Their Customer Service is awesome, they reply really fast and help us with anything we need and they're always very polite. Thank you guys! Keep it up the great service.

I love this app. So far it has helped me to recover over $300,000 in sales through the abandoned cart feature! That's a lot of sales I might never have gotten without this great app! Use it, and love it :)
