Pros: Great potential. Seem to be rolling out their "Coming soon" features quiet fast. Good looking and easy to use. Cons: A bit clumsy UI at some points, it's not possible to translate important phrases, the trial(28 days) function is not really working. I think I had 14 days in total. It's perfect when they fix some UI problems, small bugs and roll out all the features. I will recommend it for now cause I am sure they fix stuff. Changing rating to 5 stars when some of the above problems have been solved. Update: Just purchased. The Messenger Campaigns doesn't work at all. The captured amount of emails has nothing to do with the actual amount captured that you cann see in the App. How to integrate with SendinBlue(and all the other mentioned Apps)? Hope to hear from them - then I will update the review again.

Had to come back and change my review to 1 star. they offer an extended 21 days on your trial if you leave a good review, but when i messaged them to claim that extra 21 days, I was told all they could do was give me a "thank you" Not to mention that I contacted them 10 different times in the span of a week, and only got 1 response, which was to tell me they couldn't do the extension on the trial. This app does exactly what 10 other apps just like it do, the difference, their customer service isnt terrible, unlike Recart. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I'm using Recart + Wheelio and they are working fantastically together. Recart has been doing a lot more than I expected. I should've installed this app earlier. It is superb, especially for the Facebook messenger push. Give it a shot. You will love it.

Great App, not tested all functionnality but the Abandon Cart Messenger is amazing.

This application is at the top, the support is at the top, they help me a lot, they even customized some options for me, quickly and for free, I did not believe too much but I try to send a message because I wanted a mail parte after 10 minutes instead of 30 minutes, they did, I hope to have a lot of baskets resumed thanks to recart ... In addition, this application tries to re convert the BASKETS, not just the refused or abandoned payments, just the baskets so hyper top .. Congratulations and thank you

Best app for cart recoverment!

Recart is an all in one solution for cart abandonment across e-mail AND Facebook Messenger which is paramount in today's selling world. It has a mobile focus in the e-mail section vs a more robust e-mail service. You could cut out the abandonment sections in your list client to allow Recart to take over that process (which is what I'm doing). Set up is actually really fast, it's the time spent crafting your responses and e-mail templates that's real time consuming. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They'll also work with you to assist in making the most out of the platform if you just shoot a message and active in many Shopify groups on FB.
