We recently started using ReBuy and have liked the results, but our merchant success manager is why we now LOVE it. Rich Matukaitis (our MS manager) has helped us optimize our ReBuy functions on our site to drive more revenue. He is always there to answer our questions and better explain new features coming out that are relevant to our business.

Met Richard Matukaitis, a Merchant Success Manager while traveling and once he heard I have a Shopify store he was adamant I give Rebuy a try. He was super knowledgeable about maximizing AOV and CLV and felt I was in good hands. He walked me through the entire process and even helped set up my store to ensure the widgets were firing properly. Safe to say Rebuy has been GAME CHANGING. Jason was a great support today. He was responsive and patient and answered all of my questions as well as stayed with me through every step until my updates were accomplished.

Still new to the platform, but so far the launch team has been outstanding with helping us get setup and answering questions we have had. Big shout out to Rich for getting me pointed in the right direction and being available for assistance!

Rebuy has a huge ROI for our team as it allows us to play with merchandising all over the site without using any developer time. The team at Rebuy has been super helpful at every step to make sure we are making the most of all the features they have to offer. We've seen a meaningfully increased AOV since installing the app.

The app has been great so far for us. Our success manager Dante Maxwell has been fantastic. He is quick to help us at every turn and he even makes a quick video on how to do something so I can do it myself next time.

What a scammers. Tried them twice (talking about giving a second chance). Support is close to non-existing. Trying to reach, but talking to a bot, not connecting to human. Simple question: what is the billing of 300+ euros for? Impossible to get an answer. Never worked properly in the cart, had to disable. Also used for AI recommendations (shady in my opinion - is there really any AI learning, or just a fancy word used?) and "recently viewed items"). To pay 300+ euros a month for it - fancy, at least.

This app is amazing, but also the team behind it always goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. We have requested so many edits on our widgets, and they have gladly made them all. Definitely would recommend it to increase the AOV with all the different widgets. Tip: get the package that includes customization! amazing!

Rebuy has been an absolute game-changer for our Shopify store. We saw a lift in AOV from day one of installing it, and we continue to find ways to get the right products in front of the right people. There are still features I'm discovering new uses for every day. Our success manager, Max Strummer, has been incredibly helpful in getting us to a point where we're consistently seeing a 15-20% increase in AOV, not to mention increased overall conversions. We've even hooked up Rebuy product recommendations to our customer shipping notifications. It's a fantastic platform.

Rebuy is comprehensive enough to customise our cart ourselves in 90% of cases, but for the rest 10% of edge cases or that extra bit of custom functionality Rebuy has a fantastic support team. They will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals and you will learn things along the way. I wish they had a more comprehensive docs and for that I am taking off the 6th star. Sorry Rebuy, only 5 stars for you this time ;)

This app has empowered our team to experiment & grow our AOV significantly! The support team are incredible, always so quick to respond and give the clearest tutorials with video so you know exactly how to fix something yourself and how the platform works. Just love them - can't recommend enough.

It is a fantastic app with excellent service, and we have seen an increase in the range of products being purchased. Every customer service agent I have dealt with from Rebuy has been proactive and quick, Lam who I have dealt with most recently has been incredibly helpful. The various upsells, post-purchase and recommendations all work well and encourage greater spending.

Rebuy started out awesome, but it has gotten so buggy, laggy, unpredictable and unreliable. It seems like every week we are fixing something, troubleshooting something, or digging up more issues specifically with rebuy. Hopefully they can get it working better, but as of now I would avoid it.
