I've said it before but I'll say it again - these guys are ROCKSTARS. You, Colton, Steven, Moe, Cody...The support team are great! Not to mention, we've increased our AOV by over 25% by installing this app and customizing it to its tippy-top features. Our website looks more slick and sophisticated with these advanced features and I love the customizability.

Hi, ok let's write a review so maybe someone from support will answer me. I would like to have my money back for the charge made from January 16th to February 15th 2024 when the application wasn't even installed. Enough explanations on how the price is calculated.

Rebuy has been a massive help with increasing our AOV after just installing smart cart. We've added a post purchase upsell and are excited to see how it performs. Recently, we had a theme issue outside of Rebuy's control - however Nam and our success manager Max went out of their way to resolve the issue at midnight eastern time. Thank you for all the help and support you guys rock!

Really really good app, with a lot of in depth functionality. Great revenue generator! Their staff is also very responsive and helpful, i had a great experience with Moe who helped me out a lot!

Rebuy has helped us greatly in streamlining and automating our cross-selling and upselling functionalities across many different areas of our site, in an effort to increase AOV and UPT's. The platform is user friendly and algorithms are easy to build, edit, and tweak without any dev intervention. Keaton has gone above and beyond to meet our needs, is quick to respond, and incredibly insightful!

Rebuy was suggested to us by a design agency we used to rebrand our site. The success team has been wonderful at helping implement and any feature testing we wish to try. Another plus is that their system is user friendly for non-developers. Highly recommend.

Rebuy is a powerful tool that is a must-have for your store. From cross-selling, smart cart with rich in features, upselling and fully customizable widgets. Max Trummer is a top-notch and is knowledgeable in helping us and introducing some feature we don't have an idea about that can help our store conversion. Approachable and understand what we want to do with our store. Also kudos to Nam that is quick to response, solved and assist us implementing a script for our campaigns.

Worked with Suki to onboard us and she was great! Still new to the platform but so far AOV is up. Hoping it continues!

Such a powerful app, and relatively easy to install and configure. While they do have great documentation for how to install yourself, their merchant success team goes above and beyond. I have seen good results with the Rebuy App. Bradley in tech support is Rock Solid and is always happy to help me integrate with our site. Steve is also Amazing and just helped me customize the smart cart for a live promo.

We recently started using ReBuy and have liked the results, but our merchant success manager is why we now LOVE it. Rich Matukaitis (our MS manager) has helped us optimize our ReBuy functions on our site to drive more revenue. He is always there to answer our questions and better explain new features coming out that are relevant to our business.

I was a little nervous at first about paying their price but I love Rebuy. They've totally increased my AOV. I'm not sure about the other reps but Max is my go to guy. He just doesn't set the app up then leave you in the dust. We have regular meeting on implementing new strategies and he's very knowledgable about his craft.
