Cannot rate highly enough. Support installed and customised the app for us and responded to all my questions in under an hour. We put the app live on our storefront and saw an immediate 7% boost to AOV. Absolute no-brainer. If you aren't already doing product, cart, and cart drawer upsells, install this app today! My only constructive feedback is that the reporting/ analytics is a bit clunky, but the info is there.

Great app for upsells, cross sells, and customizing the checkout on Shopify Plus. The guys working at Rebuy will answer every question that you have and go the extra mile to set up anything that you will need. Big shoutout to Strauss for setting up for us a new Free Gift widget in the busiest week of the year (Black Friday week). Really outstanding customer service.

Incredible tool to dynamically upsell items, AND works in Recharge's checkout too. The setup is very easy/intuitive to use. For the more technical offers we wanted to test, their team is very helpful and communicative, we were testing out a very custom setup for some of our biggest holiday deals and they were available to assist us throughout the entire process, including weekends and late nights. Couldn't have done it without their great team. Shoutout to Dylan & Strauss!

Best app and team ever. The capabilities are endless, but honestly the team staying up until 3:30AM to help us get popups and cross-sells going before launch date was a huge selling point for us. And we haven't even started paying for it yet! Highly recommend this app.

Initially downloaded to try GWP and ended up replacing an Up-Sell/Cross-Sell app. The interface is VERY easy to use and doesn't have the frustrating limitations we ran into with the other app. The customer service team and knowledge is unparalleled. The speed and accuracy of their team is impressive.

Best upsell/cross sell app I have used. I've had trouble finding lightweight and properly built upsell apps to use. ReBuy has built a very clean solution that is way more customizable than I expected. We're able to modify the look of each component and the functionality. Additionally, their support team is great. They are very helpful and know more than cookie cutter responses --- they actually get their hands dirty and help you integrate into their tool. I'm grateful that someone has built this solution correctly, finally.

First off, this app is advanced stuff. The flexibility is unreal, and one of if not the best upsell app out there. But even better is the degree the support team Dylan and the rest will go to to customize and work their magic so that everything fits your brand and styling properly. Amazing company, amazing app, and we already see incredible results.

Rebuy is already making extra revenue for my store the first day I installed it. Straight forward to get up and running. UPDATE: This was supposed to be a 5 star review not 4... my mistake!

Had a question about getting this setup with ARPU and John helped me get it settled in no time. Really excited to see how I can use ReBuy with everything else we are doing!

Awesome help from the support team and great money-making features. I definitely recommend using this app for any shop wanting to maximize cart value!

One week in and I'm already seeing amazing results. Definitely the most revenue-impacting app that I have running. Annualized, according to the first week's trend, it will bring in 200k+ additional revenue each year and will most likely increase substantially as traffic also will increase. Store currently has 4 to 5,000 orders per month. I was struggling to find more reasons to keep Shopify Plus besides the lower transaction fees, and this is it it! This will be about 14.2k additional rev after I pay the app fee of $450/month + shopify plus fee $2000/month. No brainer, basically free money since the customer is already checking out. Increased AOV and bottom line. Not to mention Dylan and John were extremely helpful, thorough and fast during the initial set-up. Hands down my favorite app after seeing these results and working with the team there.

Our store had been on an older up-sell app and the team at ReBuy went above on a beyond to help with the migration over to this. The interface is super intuitive. We see a significant increase in AOV using ReBuy.

We were recommended this app by our Client Experience Rep at ReCharge. We have been on Rebuy for 8 Days and we have already realized enough return in - in funnel purchases to justify bringing on ReBuy. There is more automation that we have yet to turn on that deals with Churn and other in funnel flows. John, James and Dylan (and the whole ReBuy Team) have been ultra responsive and fun to work with. Bunch of apps on Shopify but there are a handful that are must haves for certain business models - ReBuy is certainly on of these applications!

Hands down the best app and BEST SUPPORT TEAM I have ever encountered in Shopify (or probably anywhere else). These guys proved their worth 10x in the first week of having the app. That perfect 5.0 star rating you see is no joke. They hustle for that rating and it is SO appreciate. Great app for adding an upsell widget to your store. We've tested a couple and none were as clean or customizable as this one. The Recharge subscription integration is a huge plus, not a lot of other upsell apps have this. Huge shoutout to the customer service team and developers. We had a fix request, messaged customer service, and the fix was deployed in less than half an hour. That kind of turnaround speed is unheard of! These guys really care about their product and it shows! A+++
