Reamaze has been a game-changer for our small customer service team. We went from Zendesk to this, zendesk is good but was overly complicated and had an outdated UI when we left. Reamaze is simple, clean, easy to use, and still powerful. Live chat and FAQ knowledgebase is very handy and being able to quickly look at reporting metrics on how our agents are doing has helped us maintain an incredible customer service satisfaction rating. Our customers love it, they love us, and remaze has been critical in achieving that.

I have been shopping around for a Customer Support app for a while now. I went through many and all of them had their attributes. However, Re:amaze just ticked all the boxes. I am still learning the app, but from what i have seen so far is that it is easy and user friendly and that is what i wanted. I do not have the time to learn intricate settings. Re:amaze fits all my needs. Thank you, i recommend.

We tried several customer service platforms before easily settling on re:amaze. Re:amaze was the only option that allowed us to do everything we wanted and more. We were able to easily integrate with our Shopify store, our payment system for recurring subscriptions, and offer our customers real-time chat and searchable solutions via our fully customized FAQ page/help site. We were also able to pull in all of our customer's data via the Stripe integration and are now using re:amaze as a lite CRM system, making customer service a breeze! In addition, the seamless integration with RingCentral allows us to track, record, and call customers right from the re:amaze app or online platform. We also love how intuitive the app is in conjunction with the online view of the re:amaze portal. Anytime we had a question and reached out to re:amaze support, we received an intelligent and easy-to-apply solution within hours. The price is very reasonable for the array of services you can offer your customers through re:amaze and we would highly recommend it as a customer service solution.

So an APP is as good as its features right? Well this one not only has great features but it also has a RESPONSIVE team that is eager to help. They welcome feedback and when it makes sense they work to deploy those features. For a company that needs a cost effective and feature rich integration to SHOPIFY this one def is one to look at! We launched a new site using Shopify, and it's taken off really fast - which is great, but it has brought a slew of inquiries from every corner of our target market. Having a way to effectively respond to inquiries, show when we're "in the office" and when we're away in order to manage response expectations, and having the ability to create a really solid, searchable set of FAQ articles is absolutely invaluable! We are so grateful for this app! Thank you!

I’ve been a Reamaze customer for just over two weeks now and I must say that it’s not at all what I was expecting. As a business grows, your requirements in your CRM will grow too. There are a TON of platforms to filter through and compare to the rest. In our most recent search, Reamaze checked all of the right boxes and we gave it a shot. This is where our experience became vastly different from any previous softwares (we’ve used zendesk, live agent, front, and gorgias so far). I’ve not yet experienced a brand who has been so agile with feedback that they implemented same day software changes for better functionality. I’ve not yet experienced a brand who will involve you in development changes for a better experience. To be honest, I’ve not even experienced a brand that said “that’s great feedback, let’s look into it”. Reamaze has done all of the above and truly helped us provide an even better customer experience. Oh, and they built a plan based on my needs that ultimately saved me a few hundred extra dollars per month. Looking forward to the future with these guys and gals.

Awesome platform. So easy to use, great value and saves me hours every week. No more constantly flitting between different social media channels, we take care of all the customer service stuff either on the web or using the mobile app, all in one place. It's a great integration with Shopify too, pulls any conversations you've had in the past, any current or previous orders are also pulled through. Makes everything so much easier. This is for sure the most robust and solid platform our customer support team has ever seen. It integrates with every channel your customers are in (Social networks, Email, SMS, Voice channels and Messenger). The "Cues" feature allows us to send a message to the visitor based on certain criteria. You don't need developers in your team to take advantage of this. But if you have developers in your team, then Reamaze will take your game to a whole new level with more advanced targeted messages that will engage and convert your visitors into customers. More features: Chatbots, Staff members, Roles, Visitors Live View, Multiple brands, FULL Appearance Customization, Satisfaction Ratings, Reports. Oh, one more thing. Did I mention you can get access to see what any visitor is seeing on your website?... in real time? Yes, it works like magic. No more “what are you seeing now?”, “have you clicked on the green button yet?”... And last, but not less important, they have a great customer support team. First off, outstanding customer service and support. Even more outstanding developer support. This is probably by far the best live chat and helpdesk platform out there for Shopify. Have tried other apps but Reamaze has much more depth even though it doesn't look like it on the surface. We plan to upgrade to Shopify Plus next year and will be taking Reamaze with us. What I like most about Reamaze is the way they've thought about how a helpdesk and live chat tool should work for ecommerce. It's not a generic tool like zendesk. For example, they include marketing automation features and chatbots for free. This indicates that their team has thought about how us merchants want to use a tool like this.

They put together a custom package for us to suit our needs, and it was not as expensive as you would think. The team are fast and friendly to respond to any and all questions. Still learning all the benefits of it, and setting up bits and pieces here and there, but as an all-in-one CS help desk, we could not be more happier!

What is this magic? Not kidding. Just plain incredible. Re:amaze... I have been Re:amazed and Re:awoken to what a CS tool should be. We've been so frustrated with tools like Zendesk and other CS tools that do a small piece of what we need but don't tie it all together. Just plain WOW with you guys. You really do get it and understand what it's like to sit in the CS seat. You've thought out the user experience from the POV of a CS help rep and you've made their job easier and better. You've provided so much more than we expected and we're excited to bring amazing service to our customers through your incredible tool! Thanks so much for seeing the potential to create what we really need. Can't recommend any Shopify app higher than this one. Dead serious, it's the absolute best.

Throughout our various trials, we found Re:amaze to be the best support app for Shopify. Great set of features and really brings all your support channels into a central, easy to use system. Once you get it customized to your business, you will be surprised how much more efficient it makes customer service. Something your customers will most definitely appreciate. One drawback, for us at least, is the UI. It is just a little bit dated and seems like it would benefit from a graphic refresh. The only other drawback, and the reason for 1 star reduction, is the lack of a better phone integration. A comprehensive support app needs a good phone integration and Re:amaze currently only offers 1 through AirCall. The issue here is that AirCall has a minimum user requirement of 3 which translates into a minimum of $120/month just for their phone service. While this certainly is not a big deal for larger businesses, costs add up quickly and small businesses and sole props will find this a steep price to pay just to integrate their business phone into Re:amaze. A very comprehensive customer support app and one well worth considering for your business.

I've used Reamaze for just over 2 years now and I have been very happy with their service and software. Any time I've had issues, their support team is on top of it and it gets answered within hours. They've also been busy working on a ton of addons and features since I've joined. Being as busy as I am, it's hard to keep up with these addons but they scheduled a 1-hr review of my account for my 2-year anniversary and helped me update my site with all the new features. Awesome! I highly recommend them for a small/medium help desk solution!!

We found this app to be the most powerful help desk one can ever use for eCommerce. We've been trying in the past 15 years many other solutions such as Zendesh, Helpscout...but re-amaze surpasses them all by far. Nothing is missing yet they have design a very intuitive UI easy to use and configure. Re-amaze helps use unify our entire customer support into a single solution. We can even reply to all our customers comments on social media. The support is really top notch and their price is competitive and fair. Congratulation to all the team!
