Does exactly what I am looking for and no charge until there are many searches. It does lots of things in one app and their help chat is very quick.

Really good app. The visuals are extremely pleasing and look good with my site. Very customisable to suit my customers needs, and the support team are very attentive and helpful with any queries I had. I was testing 2 search bar apps and will be choosing this one.

So far the app is outstanding regarding search results and i am sure it will only get better as it learns, i had a few problems getting it to work the way i wanted but matt fixed everything and gave fantastic support,,

I added this app and they were on a video conference with me in less than 24 hours showing me how to use the app. Its extremely easy to use and makes the search functionality on my current shopify platform a 1000x better!!!

I don't often leave a review until I have tested the app for several months. However, today I installed Rapid Search and I was trying to configure it. I reached out to customer support and all I can say is WOW! Matt from Rapid Search is a rock star! I have a few apps with pretty good customer support but I don't think I have ever experienced customer support at this level. I will be back in a few months to update this review with the revenue numbers this app will surely bring. Thanks Matt! Keep rockin'!

Good search functionality, easy setup, extensive yet intuitive backend, and very responsive support. We've tried a couple search bars and are very happy with what this one provides.

Extremely impressed with this app and support team. Functionality and design both very well thought out, and straightforward to customise. Had an excellent video call introduction to talk through features and when a more complex styling question came up, the support team had my request fulfilled within 20 minutes. Will definitely be recommending.

It's quite customisable and has great support, I think the other reviews speak to that as well. Compared to competitors, I'd say it's worth checking out.

Very instandt rapid friendly interface flow to implement the much needed smart search on Shopify! The support is toppy - very very fast - much faster and dedicated than any AI bot support I had to have a dialogue with lately...Kudos!

Good customer service and a great app to bring shop searches on another level. We have many SKU's and the Shopify-Search itself did not met our expectations. Rapid Search is the way to go!

This is an excellent app with proactive support. I will definitely enable it on my other business, and refer it to another business of a colleague being built. Great service takes you a long way! The software itself is very good, don't get me wrong; there's a multitude of different features!
