Having hundreds of product's I wanted a more intuitive / useful search, this app was recommended to us a by a business coach and it is a massive improvement on the default Shopify app and can definitely see how it will improve conversion rates. I had to contact the developers for support and spoke with Matt who was great, he answered my questions and gave lots of other helpful advice. Highly recommend this app!

Great customer support and very fast replies. Search bar is absolutely perfect. Filtering on pages could currently be a bit faster. Hope it will be faster later.

I used this app to help improve user experience and therefore sales - I really like how it has allowed better exposure of products in search - I now need to go into the back end admin and apply some fine tuning and I have no doubt the experience will be even better! This search bar has really helped user experience and helped uplift sales. Worked right away with no setup hassle. The support team helped me with a custom integration that makes it even more powerful.

Had some questions about how the results were displaying and Matt was an amazing help! When I asked I was expecting it to be a long conversation with a lot of back and forth explanation but he understood exactly what I needed and explained what my options were. He also gave me some useful articles. Very pleased about that and also learnt about more smart search functionalities that I wasn't aware of before!

App stopped working. Support seems like they have better things to do than support their app. Estimated 1 -2 weeks to fix their app which stopped working.
