Awesome app and great customer support from Patrick - helped me with some problems I had within the app.

Positive experience. I had a problem with my bundles, and Arthur helped me efficiently and quickly, resolving the problem.

J´ai apprécié le service client, malgré mes questions posées à 7h du soir, ils ont pu avoir le temps pour répondre chacune d´entre elle et trouver une solution à mon problème ( merci Arthur)... je test encore l´appli mais je l´aime déjà beaucoup..

Arthur a été courtois et très professionnel. Je mets quand-même 5 étoiles même votre application ne me permet pas de faire ce que je voudrais apporter à ma boutique en ligne et c'est bien dommage. Cependant, les conseils d'Arthur m'ont été bénéfique et m'ont permis de créer un Bundle sur l'autre produit que je vends dans ma boutique.

The product is excellent, I recently had an issue with the discounts, David from support helped me perfectly, the issue was fixed in under an hour. David's attention, speed and knowledge is amazing. If you need an app for bundles discounts, without a doubt, Rapi is the app you are looking for.

Seems legit, support (Arthur) is fast and accurate. For now I dont need the app anymore, for future usage I will definitely check it out again!

It is great app for the purpose.Also customer service very fast and helping instantly!You dont get this customer service from paid ads unfortunately.Rapi is free + amazing customer service.Last time I spoke Patrick and he solved my problem in 20min !Very Helpfull TEAM!

I installed Rapi only an hour ago and so far love the app. I had a slight issue with one off the bundles clashing with my theme. However, I went on live chat and David helped me straight away. I gave him access to my online store and he had my problem fixed within a few minutes. I didn't have to do anything and I haven't spent a penny with Rapi yet! Very impressed by this service from David and Rapi.

Rapi Bundles is great App and exactly what I was looking for. I had some issue and the support responded very promptly to bring helpful solutions. Thanks a lot to Arthur who put on a lot of efford and time to support me :)

My store uses Theme 1.0, which often experiences compatibility issues with some apps. With my previous bundle app, I had to email support and wait days for a response since they didn’t offer live support. Today, I switched to the Rapi app, and Arthur immediately resolved my issue! He was incredibly helpful and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

Super appli, intuitive, rapide et fonctionnelle et un service client, au chat, super sympa , surtout Arthur! Par contre, on ne peut pas mettre le bundle seul dans une collection. Mais cela dit, il se voit bien dans la fiche produit. Et nous pouvons le personnaliser à notre guise!

They don't offer translation into multiple languages via Shopify native Translate and Adapt and also the "product combo" feature is not working as expected. If you are using one product into a combo, you can't use it anymore in any other combo which makes absolutely no sense. Unfortunately, not a helpful app at all.
