Live chat support is as fast as ChatGPT, but the interaction is with Mr. Arthur who helped in all the possible ways to get the doubts clarified. And, the experience with this APP is so great, smooth and user friendly. Looking forward to analysis dashboard as well.

J'aime et je recommande cette app pour deux raisons. Je détestes les apps trop compliqué à configurer, où il y a trop d'information et ça doit me prendre des heures à comprendre et à configurer. Cette app est tout le contraire, configuration rapide et facile. Secondo, le support est juste incroyable, un des meilleurs que j'ai vu jusque là (Un coucou David)

Dishonest support from David. I asked if there was multilingual functionality and was told "Yes don't worry, the bundle text will be automatically adapted to your customers language". When I asked what this meant, apparently it meant that customers can use their browser translation function. This is not multilingual functionality, is not automatic, and doesn't even work when the rest of the site is properly localised, as mine is. Other similar apps also don't have this functionality, but have been straightforward about that. David elected not to be (and then became slightly passive aggressive when challenged), hence the low rating.

Rapi is a game-changer for Shopify stores. The app is intuitive and packed with useful features. What really sets it apart is the customer service. David went above and beyond to help me, offering personalized assistance that made a real difference. The fact that it's free is the cherry on top. Highly recommended!

I use Rapi App for Discount volume. I had a major problem with my widget display but when I contacted the staff team Patrick helped me fast out and he did all the work so my widget was displayed correctly. Thanks for help
