Initially the support team was quite helpful and responsive. However, with days passing by the app was found to have some niggling issues which were discussed and highlighted to the team, but there was little or no response from their end thereafter even after one week. Never expected an app worth $29 to have such an awful support.

The best thing about them is their amazing support team!!! They not only help us in setting everything up, but they help us in optimising our whole store along with different types of AB testing.
