The videos look really good, and we've seen an increase in conversion rate ever since we started using Quinn. They have top-notch customer service too.

Just onboarded with them for our new e-commerce clothing website, and overall they have been very helpful in setting up and executing this app on our webite. The entire onboarding process has been smooth, especially for someone who is using Shopify for the first time. The video app adds a touch of class to the website, and I would say is a must have for any product based website due to its focus on video content. The insta like look is pretty nice.

The app stopped working and I wasn't even informed, they charged me the money for 2 months.

While the app is really useful and helpful, it is somewhat buggy, which does not make for a pleasant user experience. Nevertheless, this gets compensated for by the super-helpful and always-on-the-toes support team that does all the work for you and even provides screen recordings if you require them. There is a great deal of assistance and immediate response from the technical team. They create a Whatsapp group and resolve all issues immediately.

Buggy and not user-friendly.I have been using the app for the last 6 months.The userinterface sucks.

The UI to customise the widget is extremely lacking with terrible UI. Customer service is almost non-existent.
