The app is easy to use and the design is customisable to an extent too - which is great! The best part is how helpful and quick the Quinn team is in resolving any and every query, they are there to support, are hands on and have a quick turnaround time too! The video app adds a touch of class to the website, and I would say is a must have for any product based website due to its focus on video content. The insta like look is pretty nice.

very easy to use and navigate

While the app is really useful and helpful, it is somewhat buggy, which does not make for a pleasant user experience. Nevertheless, this gets compensated for by the super-helpful and always-on-the-toes support team that does all the work for you and even provides screen recordings if you require them. There is a great deal of assistance and immediate response from the technical team. They create a Whatsapp group and resolve all issues immediately.

We have been using Quinn for a couple of months now, the video shopping experience on the website is really helpful to capture into today's audience who are so accustomed to short video format. Buggy and not user-friendly.I have been using the app for the last 6 months.The userinterface sucks.

The UI to customise the widget is extremely lacking with terrible UI. Customer service is almost non-existent.
