I have tried several apps for syncing and so far, this app beats all the others for both price and functionality. It does not sync variant images but my guess is the Etsy API is the issue. The UI here is bare bones but support answers immediately and Normie was outstanding. For $19 a month you can't beat this app.

This app is dangerous and in my opinion should be taken out by Shopify. If you products use 3 variant types sync from Shopify to Etsy it won't work correctly and you will loose you images. This is probably Etsy limitation as such products won't map 1:1 in Etsy. The main problem is that this app will break your products images on Shopify rendering your product pages with only subset of images for variants and the main image being wrong. The app is making changes to master data (the Shopify) without your permission yet it should just sync it to Etsy. Shopify Support is also suggesting that they made changes to the store template. I had to go though Shopify support to rectify the mess it left behind! And there is still some things that don't work the way they did before and even Shopify Support can't work out how to fix it.

a bit of a hiccup synchronizing products and orders. still haven't fixed the issue and it takes too much time

I recently was able to sync my Shopify to Etsy with the help of Joseph. He communicated with me through the process and walked me through everything I needed to do. I highly recommend anyone with questions with the process of syncing their sites to contact Joseph for help. Very professional and made the process much easier.

Efficient App for Shopify/Etsy Shop Inventory Synchronization with Time and Money Savings: Exceptional Support From Joseph! I recently discovered this app after trying many others, and it has helped me sync more than 70 products quickly. I used selective synchronization by exporting, filtering/deleting in Excel and then importing back to the App. This nice feature gave some control over the sync process as I didn't want to mess up my Shopify store (different inventory than Etsy). Joseph from support, was very helpful and went above and beyond, even offering a free visit to the Pyramids of Egypt if I decide to visit. Fully recommend this App if you want to save time and be efficient with inventory synchronization between Esty and Shopify!

I was having issues with a lot of my products not syncing through. Joseph was amazing, he was super helpful, always happy to help, and easy to communicate with. He was patient and thorough, and always kept me in the loop along the way. He even went as far as going into my Shopify (with permission) to amend the offending products for me so they would finally sync. Highly recommend this app, and the support has been phenomenal! Joseph was great! Kind, dedicated and efficient. I was unable to sync my shine on product from shopify to etsy. He walked me through how to enable track quantity and bravo! Issue fixed effortlessly.

Still trying to sync products at this stage, haven't gotten nearly half of them synced but the consultant was helpful and informative.

Updating my review because lo and behold, after syncing the items, my etsy shop got suspended. So, yeah. Wish I had saved myself the hassle of the evening and just not bothered.

I had some issues in syncing 1582 products into my Etsy listing due to some issues not matching, I tried to figure everything out myself for 2 days going on youtube, google, FAQ's, and I ended up reaching out to contact support and Joseph was an absolutely respectable and helpful agent. Not only did he give me instructions to do it myself, but he offered and took the initiative to take the necessary steps and actions to personally go into my store with permission, bulk edit ALL of my products in order to resolve the syncing issues, and synced all of them into Etsy himself. 20/5 STARS and an amazing phenomenal experience I personally had with Joseph!
