It's a good app with simple , easy to navigate design.

The app worked really well to sync my Shopify store with Etsy. I only removed it because I wasn't getting sales and couldn't justify paying the monthly fee. I will re-install once sales pick up.

Normie was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting me with my issue. Their expertise and dedication were truly commendable, making for a positive and efficient customer service experience.

Joseph was a great help, quick response and straight to the point.

Chat support was amazing. It may not have all the bells and whistles from other apps but if you just need product / inventory / order sync, this will do the job just fine and the support was great. Not sure you will find better for the price.

Good app that does what it says. Easy to use and customer support is absolutely brilliant. Omar went above and beyond to help me and make sure everything was how I wanted it. Really can't praise them enough

je n'arrivait pas a synchroniser ma boutique shopify avec Etsy et le chat avec un agent m'a résolu le probleme super rapidement. Personne (théa) très pro et gentille. je recommande. Dommage ils ne parlent pas francais mais je me debrouille pas mal en anglais :

Don't bother to use this app if you are trying to sync digital products. The app doesn't work for digital products. I asked about this before I installed the app and was told the app could do what I needed. Then, I installed it and wasted 2 hours trying to get things set up, only to discover that the product doesn't work for digital products. I then got two different stories from support about whether the app will or will not work. When it was made clear that I was annoyed with the runaround over if the app works with digital products, the app was delisted for a day for a "planned" update.
