Normie was my Customer Success Agent and she was very helpful and patient in helping me solve my problem. After asking her for a walkthrough, she explained the steps to fixing my problem which I now know how to resolve on my own. Normie's help is very well appreciated.

Just started an online store to start selling my designs with print-on-demand services. To say I started this process with little understanding of how to sync these different platforms is an understatement. I tried my best on my own but ended up needing the chat feature to talk to someone to help me out. Dominic was so helpful in getting my stores situated and stocked with my inventory. I am so grateful for his help and look forward to starting this creative adventure with the help of this app.
