UPDATE!! JOSEPH REACHED OUT TO ME AND WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH WORKING WITH ME AND SOLVING MY ISSUE. HE DESERVES MORE THAN FIVE STARS!! THANK YOU JOSEPH! UPDATE!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP UNLESS YOU WANT HOURS OF LOST SALES AND HEADACHES!! After I gave this app a five star review, I discovered the MULTIPLE errors Arianne made to my Shopify store. My store was DOWN for OVER 40 hours while I went back in and fixed everything she messed up. My fault as I trusted her and gave her access to my store products, which I should never have done. Lesson learned. I wish I could give this app ZERO stars, but they don't allow that option. It definitely does not deserve even one star. This is an awesome app!! Arianne, in support, is AMAZING!! SUPER patient and she won't stop until she solves your problem!!! THANK YOU Arianne, you are the absolute BEST, if I could give you TEN stars, I would!!

I can not fathom why this app has so many positive reviews. Inventory does not sync despite the dashboard saying the products are synced. Inventory on both platforms has not changed to reflect that they synced. The user experience of the app is bad. It is not laid out intuitively and has no help section which is essential. Thankfully I got it set up with a little time. While the chat feature is present and nice, if your app makes such a bad first impression why would anyone be bothered reaching out? We run businesses we are not trying to sit tethered to a chat to ensure a product we are paying for is doing what it’s supposed to.

The staff member was very helpful. The service he provided went above and beyond anything. I would recommend them again and again.
