Joseph helped walk me through synching individual items from shopify to etsy instead of doing the whole catalog at one time (I only like to sync certain product categories). The first weekend I started my etsy shop after syncing I made several sales and they were easy to fulfill in shopify. This app has been a game changer for making my new store more visible!

Absolutely fantastic customer service, it was so quick that I thought at first it was a bot, but it was an actual customer representative that was able to help me with quiet.a few problems and questions that I had and even looked manually in my listings what the problems could be. In the end all my problems were solved and questions answered!
