Have only just started using this app to sync my shopify store with Etsy. I would say that it wasn't completely seamless but that was due to not having certain things set up from Shopify that I was unaware of. However, I would most definitely give this apps customer service 5 stars for their staff, in particular Thea and Normie who were most patient and helpful with my issues. Both managed to figure out the problems & guide me to set everything up correctly. Now I can finally get my Etsy store up and running!

Only used the app for a day, but Omar helped me set up the syncing process and it's such a breeze. Super fast responses in real-time, and clearly not just "copy and pasted" answers which is a nice change. I'll wait and see how the app performs and update/write another review later. But so far, 5 stars
