The app is great so far and Nasser was helpful with whatever problems i had. Five stars.

My 230+ products were able to synchronised with Etsy with a click of a button thanks to Joseph. He made it super easy and fast, and advised us along the way. Many thanks Joseph ! Also for setting up synchronisation for eBay account ! First class software !

honestly so far they have been great. their chat box has helped a lot and they are responsive all the time. i needed some assistance on ETSY and they sent me the proper links to talk to them and everything worked smoothly so far. Ty

Nasser help me transfer my designed items from ETSY to Shopify. He is knowlagable and this is a great app.

So far it's working exactly as I hoped it would! And the support is downright excellent. There was a tiny language issue - I used "vice versa" and the tech wasn't familiar with it yet. He is now! Anyway, knowlegable, fast, helpful, patient, etc. Very good.

This is the worst platform in terms of service and function. I signed up a few days ago and was on the phone for at least 2 hours attempting to sync. The guy told me it would update and 8 hours later nothing had occurred. The next day I got a different person and she was more knowledgeable, but I discovered the photos weren't transferred over to ETSY. I call the following day and get rep #1 again, imagine that! After dicking around with him for an hour, I decided to cancel and try another platform.

As a new Shopify user, I found this App to be extremely helpful in importing products from my existing Etsy shop. It's very easy to use and the customer service support has been there for me when needed.

After trying a few of the other apps on Shopify, this was definitely the easiest and the bot named Joseph was helpful for easy integration.
