I have not used the app for long and my trial period is not even up yet but what I already like is that customer support is available 24/7, willing and ready to help. Thus far, Diana and Arianne have been very helpful.

This app has been pretty seamless as compared to others, and I find it generally easy to use. The best part is that Omar and the service team is awesome. Omar gets five stars; he was very helpful. This app wasn't for us because there were some limitations. We couldn't sync our product because the nature of it doesn't work well from Shopify to Etsy; it's too specialized on Shopify. Syncing the orders was nice, but to fulfill an order, we had to go back to Etsy to print the shipping label. So there was no point. It's a great concept, but sadly, it doesn't work for us. Omar tried to help, but it was out of his hands.

Joseph was polite, friendly, and quick to help connect my shop's link to Shopify. I had wanted to move my Etsy shop to Shopify for a long time but kept putting it off. Thanks to Joseph, I was able to make a quick decision and get things done, which I'm happy about. I'm looking forward to the sync being completed and excited about the prospect of setting up my new store. Yesterday, I tried without an app but failed due to too many errors, so I hope it goes well this time.
