Ben was great at getting QBO and Shoppify synced, he was patient enough to get me through something I hadn't figured out for a long time.

I've used this app and its predecessor for 5+years to sync sales transactions, and have found it to be very powerful, and highly configurable. I needed to transition from the legacy version of the app to the latest, and was able to get live chat support straight away to guide me through it. NICK was really helpful - I hadn't even see there was a live chat option on the connector app - whilst scratching my head thinking how to deal with the errors a message popped up from NICK asking if he could help with this error - he was able to talk me through resolving the issues and to advise how to solve them going forward so it doesn't happen again - very pleased with this APP and the support provided.

App works really well, I did have a small problem when we first setup the connector but I contacted Ben in support and he fixed the error in less than 24 hours, brilliant work.
