Ben was patient and walked me through the process. He took time to explain everything I didn't understand and was struggling with.

I've been using this app for at least 5 years. It works simply and effectively, with lots of flexibility to tailor the synchronization options to your needs and accounting set-up. Whenever I've needed support, it's been excellent with very fast turnaround. Dave was particularly responsive and helpful today. Highly recommended. Oh - and it's free!

Sherwin helped me with uploading older transactions from Etsy and Shopify into Quickbooks. I really appreciate the support and how quickly everything was done.

Had great on-line support from Nick for integration set up. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again. 4 star review only because I just set app up and haven't used it much yet.

Love this app! Had to upgrade to the new version and Ronnie provided amazing support. He talked me through each step and uninstalling, reinstalling and also assisted with the reconnection. Perfect support and absolutely can recommend this app! Amazing support and so appreciated!
