Huge thanks to Paul and Karol and Karol for assisting me with my issue. I was trying to link my 2nd shopify store to my quickbook and was having so much issues. Paul, Karol and Nick were patient in assisting me step by step.

Sherwin was amazing, helping me with some mapping corrections! Couldn't have done it without them! They really are such a helpful team! I have had to reach out to support as we ironed out the kinks... and I am never let down! Today Ben was absolutely stellar in getting me sorted!

I have for some years been using QBPOS for my retail business and later had to move to Shopify. Recently I needed an accounting software that would synch with Shopify and I decided to try QBO. I was able to navigate my way around QBO owing to the fact that they have tons of online information that I was able to read. QBO also have wonderful support agents that were always available to assist me during the setup and one of such nice and patient agents was Ben and Rezel. Ben was able to help me resolve the issues I had synching my invoices from Shopify to QBO. I definitely would recommend QBO to any retailer.
