GOOD: - customer support is responsive - app is a jack of all trades for basic promos - priced competitively FRUSTRATIONS: - Promos with large holes in functionality. The app did exactly what it said it would do straight out of the box. Once we implemented, we asked for a few tweaks to the way products and pricing were displayed on our site; things outside of what we could control in the admin. I was trying to setup bogo offer on my shopify store and had some configuration issues with pop-up. Miley was very supportive and was able to quickly fix the code in the backend to enable pop-up. Post that we worked some customization to improve the visibility of BOGO offer and she was patient enough to explain and provide some snapshots to create a nice pop-up with offers.
