So first of all, the support is top-notch, answer in minutes or even seconds. Second, the service they offer is great, especially for small starting businesses, as abandoned carts are pretty much awful for all store owners! Rameez is one of the best support staff I've experienced from any Shopify app. Had an opportunity to be upgraded and he has taken an extra steps to ensure I was doing everything right to start off. I've tried several push notification apps and PushOwl is far the best app and has best support staffs.

What I love about the app is it allows me to customize the look. Even on the free plan, I can add my own logo. Upgrade and you can add a hero image as well. Love that it looks professional and as beautiful as I want it to. Creating campaigns is easy, making changes to the overlay and other features is a breeze so I can spend my time getting better at implementing the app, not trying to just send a message. Add to that, great customer support from a person, not just a bot, and it made my 5 stars and easy choice.
