They noticed that since my store is new and doesn't have enough subscribers. I had a paid plan but they themselves offered to refund my amount for a month and allow me to get more subscribers before going back to the paid plan. I've never seen such helpful and understanding customer care before. This a great app for startups in India, as they fully understand the financial constraints faced at the onset. More power to them!

Just started using this app about 10 min ago and the service I received was OFF THE HOOK!!! Clear and easy communication with pictures to describe examples, friendly customer service and they go out of their way to help the "little" guys. Truly I am grateful for this app. Just the service alone I would gladly pay for. I feel like I am getting a great deal. I would highly HIGHLY recommend this app for anyone who wants to provide as good of a customer service as I have received. Awesome, just f*cking Awesome!!!

Push notifications are prolifically used by tons of websites nowadays. PushOwl definitely represent an excellent choice for any shopify website given how useful push notifications are now. There are definitely some room for improvements on UI, e.g. tooltips for what some attribute means, more in-depth analytics, etc.

The many 5 star reviews speaks for itself, but the app and the support are amazing. The app is user-friendly and offers really engaging features. I am really excited to see my store grow. The support staff (Rameez in particular) are super helpful, friendly and personable. Do yourself a favor and ADD THIS APP!

I used this app to help me capture subscribers and sales. I love how this app was easy to use, instructions were clear, and the aesthetics - everything looked great and performed well. However, the anonymous features didn't allow for further marketing efforts, especially if they subscribed.

PushOwl is a new marketing tool (a Shopify guru recommended it to me). I took their advice but I made a mistake in selecting a plan that wasn't suitable for my brand new business. PushOwl had a representative help me with my error, he was very honest, he advised me to . even downgrade to a plan for starting a business. (which showed me that he cared about what was going on with my situation. He . also gave me suggestions on what can improve my website by sending me a Conversion Checklist. It was amazing to see that the Push Owl team gave me a guide to go on the right path to success! I would recommend this APP to all kinds of businesses!

Good cart recovery and campaigns, wish there were a little more sophisticated features, ie: the ability to segment audience or offer follow up drip campaigns.

This app is great! When we weren't seeing an uptick in subscribers as a new startup, PushOwl actually saw our progress, emailed us regarding a new program they were running, and helped us to upgrade our account to get more traffic. Thank you PushOwl and especially Rameez for helping us out!

Just downloaded the app and already loving it. A good alternative to collecting email addresses from your visitors. I am able to know where my visitors are from and that would allow me to create targeted campaign. It has minimal to none configuration requires... it works immediately after being installed.
