Taransh was great with assisting me on upgrading my account to the business plan and explaining the plan/pricing. He even made sure I understood how charging works for what counts as an impression. The tutorial as a customer and step by step guide was very easy, I am ready to test this out once I build out my subscriber list.

This will be my first time using this app. But I’m thrilled to be able to reach clients on a personal level with newsletters and new product.

I love this app. Its easy to use and the support, if required, is very prompt. I've also had some tips given to me about my website from the support staff which has been excellent. I like that I could build my subscribers before having to pay for the subscription, but having the Hero banners and the other engagement tools in the subscription enhances the engagement rates. This is a nice complement to our email marketing and helps to get a quick message out to customers. I recommend this app.

As soon as I added this app, I received an email offering help to get things configured. I had set up the Push Notifications easily enough, and then I asked their support to check them out. The Support Team got online fast and made key recommendations for my store, referring me to links that are templates for more-engaging messages to the customers. They even clicked around my store to offer suggestions on my social links and correcting a page typo...truly a Full-Service Support Team! I am very pleased with this app, as it does what it says it will do. And, I am equally pleased with the Support Team that comes with it! I highly recommend this app.

We really like how easy to use this is app is. It is quite handy to schedule campaigns. Also, customer service has been amazing, they even reach out to us with effective suggestions. It is indeed a great app for increasing sales!
