Amazing support and easy walkthrough guidelines

The team at PushOwl are amazing. Friendly, kind, helpful and they know what's up and Rojen, in particular, was a very professional and courteous friend when I spoke to him. It took him minutes and BAM, I was setup. He hooked me up with hundreds of free emails until I hit a mark, then I have to pay. But that would mean, I am making bank and I will gladly pay those guys. Team is great, product is great ,... AS IT SOULD BE :)

I've only been using the app for a few days now, so I can't provide a comprehensive review yet. However, I can confidently say that their customer support is unmatched! I encountered some issues during the setup, and Rojen went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up correctly.

Today I was helped by the customer service team, specifically by Rojer & I have to say they just restored my hope in good customer service, since unfortunately nowadays no one seems to know what they're doing anymore it was definitely a breath of fresh air, I'm super happy to have joined, especially now just because of my one conversation. I just started using PushOwl and Brevo but already love it. They have great features and whenever I'm not sure about something or need some assistance their staff answers almost immediately and is super friendly. I'm excited to see how great of a help it will be for my business.

Push Owl is a fantastic Tool for push messagin. Mow they offer also email, so they went above and beyond. Very useful interface, easy to configure and friendly user experience, it is the ultimate tool for a great MKT strategy. Kudos for the customer support team, they are always ready and keen to lend a hand... fantastic!!

As for the customer service: Rojen really helped me and made me feel welcome to use their application and introduced me to anything. Customer Service Spot on! And for the app: The UI looks smooth and the integration went well. The designing of the notification is simple yet effective as well. I appreciate this. Deserve's a total of 5 stars minimum. We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify and needed to install PushOwl to manage our notifications. Having previously used Brevo, we encountered some challenges transitioning to PushOwl. Thankfully, the PushOwl support team, especially Rojen, was incredibly helpful. Rojen responded quickly, was extremely friendly, and addressed all our questions, making the migration to Shopify smooth and almost problem-free. I received a clear overview and detailed look into the possibilities and ease of using PushOwl for marketing of our e-commerce store. I was looking for another option from the email marketing we have been doing for the past 4 years. This appears to be a viable option. And it is the personalized support that is the difference maker. I was never able to get clarity to my questions with the email provided I had before. Rojen, He is very professional and helpful, and their customer service is the best. I've tried Klaviyo, their customer service is non-existent, and then I also tried Aftership, they even said it was my problem because my emails kept going to the promotion tabs, which made me very annoyed. So I tried several, compared to others, Brevo's interface is very simple, I find it very easy to use, and Rojen is very friendly, helped me a lot. Thank you
