I highly endorse this application. help me to increase sell . Ryan, a representative of customer service, responded to each of my questions with professionalism.

I have had Push Owl for years but hadn’t used it really. Recently decided to really take a look at it and they were always offering a free trial. I grabbed that and delved into it but found I already had apps that do what it does. I didn’t worry about the trial as Shopify has made changes to protect against being charged for what is to be a free trial. That being said, even if I understood that in correctly, I was not that irritated about it, though I said in to request for refund that this is unauthorized. I’m review is the customer service person who thought it prudent to be snide in the email to me. They also kept refusing to just say, we will give you a refund. I got we’re giving you a credit, it it will apply to all apps just not Push Owl and was reprimanded again. It doesn’t matter if you think I’m in the wrong. Say sorry for confusion, issue refund and go. I too am running a business and don’t want to go back and forth. And while I may have left Push Owl installed and found a use for it, the bad customer service made put my off, I’ve uninstalled and will not be back.

I highly recommend this app. I talked to a customer service person named Ryan, and he answered every problem I had very professionally.

PushOwl is a fantastic app store owners. The app offers user-friendly push notifications, increasing sales. The app is easy to set up and integrate with other tools. Also, Taransh from the customer service is excellent, offering prompt and knowledgeable assistance. I highly recommend PushOwl from a small store or high run store.

I have had this app for a week or so, it has not performed as it should. Sometimes it pops up and sometimes it doesn't work.

I have used PushOwl since around 2018. They are always helpful and accommodating . I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to start using push notifications

We have used Pushowl for quite a while and it delivers what is expected of it. Customer service is quick and responds patiently to every query of ours. Special shout out to Rameez for his prompt and to-the-point responses.

It's like subscribing for a premium in a premium, and then you get a premium just because. I also do appreciate how the customer service reps take their time explaining the basics and adding a little extra. They deserve more stars.

wow, I thought I was just adding an app to my store but ended up getting an upgrade to their business plan at no cost, a short review of my store with a couple of tips to improve on, and an excellent onboarding experience thanks to Taransh! Spectacular experience! I've been using PushOwl for way over a year now and all the functions are easy to use, even for beginners. Not to mention, if you're unsure of any features or need help, the support team is always there. Customer support is crazy quick and friendly. Taransh was a great help at answering my questions and giving me the solution I needed right away! (Saved me lots of trouble and work)

The developer was extremely helpful with setting up the app and that l knew all of the functions. This app is truly amazing,it does so much for turning visitors into loyal customers. A well deserve 5 stars.

Looks like good app, a little pricey but we will see if it worth the money in the long run. so far brought good amount of subscribers.

It has been a pleasure working with this team. Their support through our expansion has been a 10/10 experience. They are quick to respond and handle requests, and they are very knowledgeable.

We own 3 stores and we installed this app on all of them. We have since upgraded all 3 stores to a paid plan. Here's what we liked: > You can use your own FCM credentials. Should be standard but not all push apps allow this. > Support is very fast > The UX is excellent. It's a clean and intuitive layout. This is not important for everyone but I always feel it's a sign that they care about their own app. UPDATE: We've removed it from 2 stores due to poor ROI. We did a deep dive and most conversions it claims attribution for come from other channels not push.

Great app, intuitive to use and given us some great results already! Support is excellent too, can't fault it.

I signed up for Push owl a while ago and set my automation and forgot about it-It continued to make me money. I recently started utilizing the campaigns and they started making money right away! Deffiataley worth the add-on to your shop! Plus, their customer service is hands down awesome to help you get going!
