The app is simple and intuitive to use but offers a lot of functionality. Customer support is top-notch and hands-on when it comes to onboarding. Not sure if anyone will read this out of 3000 reviews... But GREAT tool and no idea why Shopify doesn't have it built in. Lots of design options and has helped me collect customer info for upsells and other marketing channels.
