I installed the app because it appeared in the recommended ones, and I never thought I would be served by such a caring and friendly person as Rojen. He was very patient with me and tried to help in every way. He showed me ideas, resources and information that were very important for the development of my store. We've been using PushOwl, right in the thick of Black Friday sales, and we didn't really put a lot of effort into it at first. Even though, I was surprised to see how well it did for a small business like ours. It's easy to use on our end, and our target audience took to it well. It takes seconds to set up a campaign once you do a couple of them and get used to the flow. I ask a lot of questions, and I've had nothing but great service from their help chat.
