I'm considering using PushOwl for my business, and even though I have yet to try it out, I'm already impressed by their customer service. Rojen from PushOwl walked me through each step of the setup process, explaining how the app works and how it can benefit my business. He was incredibly patient and helpful, and by the end of our conversation, I felt completely at ease with PushOwl and how it can help me re-engage website visitors and recapture lost sales. PushOwl's web push notifications seem like a fantastic way to connect with customers, and the fact that Rojen was so willing to help me even before I signed up is a great sign. Their subscriber segmentation and analytics features also sound very promising. Had a nice chat with the famous Rojen to help me set up PushOwl and get the most out of it. It feels like the team really cares about helping stores grow, and they have a hands-on approach to make that happen. I'm looking forward to use the service (mainly for back-in-stock notifications, but I'll also experiment with regular campaigns). I feel like push notifications will be a nice way to send visitors messages after their visit, so that the money I spent to get that traffic in the first place isn't wasted.

Update 2/23/2024: Customer service was quick to reach out and resolve the issue. Thank you guys. You have a great product. Pl fix this issue for me. *** 7 out of 10 times, when I try to use this app from Shopify Admin page, it says the page is temporarily down.. I like the app, but what's the use if I can't use it when I need it.
